If you pay annually, you’ll get two months of coverage free. You can get an additional discount if you purchase home warranties for more than one property.
Liberty Home Guard coverage exclusions
Liberty Home Guard warranties cover breakdowns caused by regular use and expected wear and tear of your appliances and systems. A warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by abuse or a natural event, such as a hurricane, tornado or earthquake.
Liberty Home Guard claims and coverage limits
Liberty Home Guard provides 24/7 customer service. You can file a claim at any time through the online portal or by calling the company.
Once you’ve submitted the request, Liberty Home Guard notifies a local technician. This service provider will work with you to schedule an appointment when convenient. Typically, you’ll have someone there to make repairs within 24 to 48 business hours.
Liberty Home Guard’s coverage limit is $2,000 per covered item and resets every year. Diagnosis and repair/replacement is limited to $500 for plumbing, electrical and optional items. It’s also limited to $250 within the first 90 days of your coverage.
Liberty Home Guard Mobile
Liberty Home Guard Mobile, the company’s mobile app, lets you manage your home warranty from one place. The app lets you file claims and gives real-time updates on their progress and is available on iOS and Android.
